Bandall TRB Series
The Bandall TRB series has the product guided through the banding process by driven conveyor belts. It doesn’t have a pusher that brings the products into the banding arch. It is equipped with a measurement system, unlike the other series, which rely on these pushers to position products correctly. This gives the TRB the advantage of easily accommodating various product sizes and lenghts.
Easily accommodate various product sizes
The smart measurement system allows you to handle various product lengths seamlessly without needing to adjust the machine. Unlike our other automatic machines, the TRB does not have a pusher to move products into the banding arch.
Key features of the TRB
- Speedy banding: Place up to 22 bands per minute.
- Perfect band placement: Built-in sensors ensure the band is always placed exactly where it needs to be.
- Extra space for large products: With no pusher, the TRB creates extra space inside the banding arch, making it perfect for larger items.
- Multi-banding: the machine is able to apply multiple bands to a product.
- Smart measurement system: This system allows you to handle various product lengths seamlessly without needing to adjust the machine.
- Multi-connector: The multi-connector relays error notifications or material shortage signals to other machines in the production line.
- Smart alerts: The machine has indicator lights that for instance tell you when the machine is in run-mode, or when the material is about to run out.
- Easy material changes: The reel holder makes it simple to replace banding material, minimizing downtime.
- Easy to move: The TRB is highly portable, offering excellent flexibility.
Potential configurations
- Automatic positioning system: Ensures various elements of the design will always be in the correct place in relation to your product.
- Bundle press: A press can be incorporated to apply pressure, such as for textiles, cardboard, or in-mould labels, to ensure the products are banded more securely.
- Kissing conveyor: A transport belt can be designed to open and close in the arch, allowing flexible products to be efficiently transported through it. Once the product is correctly positioned, the conveyor opens, and the product is banded.
- Side sealing: Side sealing can be utilized if it is better suited for banding a specific product or accommodating a particular setup. This method is often paired with a kissing conveyor.
- Print & Band: Add a printer to include variable details like barcodes, product information, or logos directly onto the band.
- Stainless steel: For environments that require extra durability and hygiene, choose stainless steel.
The Bandall V-Series
The V-Series has been developed for even higher production speeds. High quality control technology, combined with Servo techniques, lead to complete packaging speeds of 40 bands per minute, or more. The V-Series can process a big variety a products, from very soft and fragile to very rigid.
