How a TRL works

Products move forward on a conveyor belt until they reach a dead end. Here the product is gently pushed off the conveyor and into the banding arch. Once banded the product is then pushed forward onto a parallel conveyor belt, maintaining its linear movement.

The V-Series is developed for even higher production speeds. Advanced quality control technology, combined with servo-driven techniques, enables speeds of 40 products per minute or more.

The V-Series can handle a wide range of products, from very soft and delicate to extremely sturdy materials. Optionally, the machine can be equipped with a pusher to smoothly guide products into the arch.
