• Continuous banding is perfect if you are looking for a simple, cost-effective way to make your brand visible. Your design, such as a logo or slogan, is repeated in a specific way across the entire ban. This works very well for general branding or promotions where repetition draws attention.
• Positioned banding is suitable when you want each band to be placed in exactly the same spot in relation to the circumference of your product, for example with your logo neatly at the front and product information at the back. This method uses an automatic positioning system to achieve this with precision.

Banding uses one or more bands that wrap around the product. Stretch wrap and shrink wrap enclose the entire product and require much more packaging material and energy (for example, for shrinking).

• Printing variable data: Bandall machines can be equipped with an integrated printer that adds variable information during the banding process. Think of barcodes, expiry dates, serial numbers, or product information. This data is printed in high quality directly onto the band, whether pre-printed or unprinted.

Bandall machines process bands in various widths, ranging from 20 mm to 150 mm, depending on the product and application. The length of the band is determined by the dimensions of your product.

In the Benelux, installation is included with both purchase and rental.
